Megan was great. She kept me up to date on the arrival of the technician and provided great customer service. Abel the technician arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable and explained all cost and options. Thanks.

Jordan was very professional and took his time explaining what was needed. The work looked great and was completed in a timely manner. We were searching for a plumbing company to meet our needs, but I think we just found them.

I have owned in home in La Jolla for 23 years. About 2 years ago, I found Moore plumbing who has helped me with multiple issues, including plugged showers, leaky toilet connection, changing the water pressure regulator. They are caring, professional, knowledgable, reasonably priced, and very enjoyable to work with. They go “above and beyond” to do a good job, and I highly recommend them!

I usually do not write reviews but after finding this amazing company, i had to share my experience. I had a main pipe leak at my home. I was desperately looking for help and although they had a full schedule, meghan(who answers the phones) spent time walking me through next steps as she was so knowledgeable and even gave me referrals to help me. 2 days later I called again as i still was having issues and she went above and beyond again and had the owner come out that evening to see what he can do. Jordan (the owner) came and then canceled his appointments for the next day and took care of everything and we finally have water. If you are looking for a company that will go above and beyond to help you and get things fixed quickly and efficiently this is the company!

Found Moore's plumbing rep to be not only professional from the business office to contractors involved being most professional and knowledgeable and expedient in getting things done and quickly.

I am amazed by Jordan Moore. My husband and I had a slab leak and Jordan came out that evening. Jordan is the owner and is totally professional and a good person. We also worked with Megan who is an angel. She is very nice and followed up with us on everything. Do not look further you found the right plumbing company! I will go to no one else.
